Sometimes we don’t need Bali. We need five minutes of radical non-responsibility—a micro-vacay that lets your brain go on a “stealth-mode” holiday.

Try this: In our meetings, we take a 5-min break. Everyone does a stretch, a yoga pose, something delightfully off-topic. Then we share. (“I stepped outside for some fresh air.” “I played tug-o-war with my dog.”) Works every time. We get to know each other better and we all took 5 minutes to recharge. Because coming back, we’re 100% stronger. Ok, well, maybe at least 25% stronger haha😊
