Can I update and/or replace a document after I have submitted it?
No. Aurum Borealis will not accept documents that were not originally sent at the time of purchase. This includes changes to submitted documents. Please review your submission before sending it.

I don’t have access to Google apps. How should I submit my documents and what other file types do Aurum Borealis accept?

I don’t have access to Google apps. How should I submit my documents and what other file types do Aurum Borealis accept?
Our team currently only uses Google apps. If you are unable to access any Google apps, we recommend installing a VPN.

What type of documents does Aurum Borealis accept?

We accept documents via Google apps such as Google Docs. Please set your document sharing permission to “Anyone with the link can edit.” This ensures that Aurum Borealis staff can access, edit, and comment on your submission.

How and where will Aurum Borealis deliver my completed projects?

Completed projects are returned to the email address you provided.

Yes. Depending on the completion status of your Service Order, Aurum Borealis will refund a percentage of the total payment. Please contact infor@aurumborealis.com for a refund within 24 hours of cancellation. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

Yes. You may cancel your Service Order 24 hours before the specified timeframe you are given once you pass your Evaluation.
To cancel your Service Order, go to your account dashboard. Under “My Projects,” select "View More" and click “Cancel Order” to cancel the service order.

Yes. You may cancel your Evaluation within 2 hours of purchasing your order. Once the 2-hour mark has passed, you may not cancel it. Please contact infor@aurumborealis.com for a full refund within 24 hours of cancellation. For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
To cancel your Evaluation, go to your account dashboard. Under “My Projects,” select "View More" and click “Cancel Order” to cancel the Evaluation.

Yes. If your evaluation was not accepted, you may resubmit after making the changes recommended by our consultant team.

If I accept the pricing quote and continue working with Aurum Borealis, how long does the Normal Service take?
Aurum Borealis' final product return typically takes one to two weeks on average. However, it varies on a case-by-case basis due to varying requirements per project and your own submitted deadline.

How long does an Evaluation take?

How long does an Evaluation take?
Aurum Borealis takes on average 48 hours or 24 hours for Rush Orders to evaluate your project submission and return an estimated price quote and feedback. If more time is needed, Aurum Borealis will specify these terms and reasons in writing to the client via email.

No. Aurum Borealis will not refund missed scheduled Course appointments. This is due to limited timeslots and an estimated 400 or more upcoming scheduled appointments at all times. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.

We use the Zoom platform for all Course appointments. You can either use the web version or download the Zoom desktop app. We do not plan to use other platforms at this time.

What is the Plagiarism Temporary Hold?

What is the Plagiarism Temporary Hold?
It is to cover our research and citation process for any plagiarism found in your submission. If plagiarism is not found, fee will be fully refunded. However, if plagiarism is found, the fee will not be refunded, and the project may be suspended due to needed changes by the client. If changes to the document are not met, the project may be rejected. Additional fees may apply. Please see our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for more details.

No. You must purchase an Evaluation via our website to receive a pricing quote.
