Refund Policy

Section 1: Overview


At Aurum Borealis, we are committed to providing high-quality services in global brand empowerment, educational publishing, content development, and experiential marketing. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and a refund may be necessary. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and reasonable for both our clients and our company.

Section 2: Agreement 


The Aurum Borealis Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) describes how Aurum Borealis (“Aurum Borealis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles refunds for our services. By visiting and/or using the Aurum Borealis services, you (“Client,” “User,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to our Refund Policy, please do not use the website or any associated service and/or application.

Section 3: Refund Eligibility


3.1. Evaluations and Rush Orders. If for any reason you cancel your Evaluation and/or Rush Order within 2-hours of purchasing it, you may receive a full refund. Otherwise, after the 2-hour mark has passed, you may not cancel your Evaluation and/or Rush Order due to the product return timeframe. Aurum Borealis members will begin work on your submission at precisely the 2-hour mark. 


3.1.1 Plagiarism Temporary Hold. Aurum Borealis will refund the Plagiarism Temporary Hold that has been added onto any purchased Evaluation and/or Rush Orders if we have deemed that there is no plagiarized content from your submitted documents. Otherwise, this fee is non-refundable if plagiarism is found. Additional fees may occur depending on the amount of plagiarism discovered. Please see our Terms of Service for more information. 


3.2. Normal Services. Aurum Borealis will refund a percentage of your purchased Service Order depending on the current completion status. Refund amounts may vary per project.


3.3. Online Courses and Appointments. When booking an online course and/or appointment, you understand that you must attend said course or appointment at the specified date and time. Therefore, if you miss your scheduled appointment, Aurum Borealis will not refund it due to limited time slots and our office operating in continual high-volume and client demand. However, if for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, Aurum Borealis will only refund it if there’s a medical emergency.


Examples of Medical Emergencies:

  • Sudden emergent hospitalization 

  • A death in the family

Section 4: Process for Requesting a Refund


To request a refund, contact us at info@aurumborealis.com within 24 hours of cancellation. Please provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any relevant documentation or evidence. Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request within 7 business days.

Section 5: Refund Billing


Refunds will be credited to the specified billing method you provided to us at the time of purchasing your order and/or scheduled appointment.

Section 6: Refund Policy Updates


We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove portions of this Refund Policy at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. A notice via email will be sent out to Clients of the changes. Please review the Refund Policy when accessing our website and services as needed. Your continued use of our website and services after any updates constitute your agreement to such changes.
